If you aren't happy with your item, you have no later than 15 days initiate the return from the date the order arrives to you. All items must be unworn/unaltered with original tags. Once your item has been received we will review and you will be fully refunded on your original form of payment.

All items purchased on FINAL SALE will not be eligible for a return, exchange or refund.

Customers are responsible for supplying their own return label, we suggest using tracking to ensure a smoother process. Adhere To Studios assumes no responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Adhere To Studios reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

All items are on sale are final. If you need to exchange for another size please email customer service and we’ll try our best to accommodate you.

Located in Canada? You are eligible for free ground shipping for any purchases over $160! We process our orders within 1-3 business days and shipping time can vary between 5-7days.

International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. All orders will ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).International shipments will take approximately 5-14 business days to ship, depending on the shipment destination.

If you have pre-ordered, there will be a date displayed on the item of approximate arrival times on the product page.

Once your item has been shipped, you will be notified. All pre-orders are subject to the same return policy. If you are unhappy once you receive the item, please review our return policy. If you want to change size or colour while your pre-order is being processed, please email contact@adheretostudios.com, we will do our best to help make the update.
